2019-2020 CAPA ENTERTAINER DATABASE LISTING INFO

Please read all the following information so your Entertainer Database listing is completed correctly.

​

Apply for, update or renew your Database Membership by EMAILING the following info to capaentertains@gmail.com with your chosen media photograph and links.

 

 

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing. Once your database listing has been completed and is up online, you will receive an email from us to check your listing and submit any changes.  Here are the listing benefits:

 

• One annual listing consisting of your own webpage on our Entertainer Database.

 

• Up to 10 links to your media (i.e. webpages, videos, sound files) or other resources online.

 

• We can accept up to three (3) Letters of Recommendation to be attached to your listing page.  You may submit the letters with your application or anytime thereafter.

 

• One 3x5 Advertisement (your own making) or “Entertainer Spotlight” Ad (we write it for you) in the CAPA Monthly Member Newsletter. Run date is at the discretion of the Newsletter Committee. This Newsletter goes out to all the Activity Directors who are members of CAPA.

 

• 20% discount off the regular price for the CAPA Annual Entertainer Fair Showcase - if selected to be in the showcase.

 

• Free ad/informational listing in the CAPA Entertainer Showcase program, even if not selected to perform.

 

• Space at the Entertainer Showcase Media Table to display your promotional materials for attendees to take with them, even if not selected to perform.

 

• Occasionally we make available a 10 minute "showcase" for you to display your talent/ability/programs at the monthly CAPA meeting as members arrive and check-in for the meeting. This would be a chance to be seen by purchasers and get in front of several Activity Directors at once. Facetime in this game is important! (This is unpaid, but a benefit we worked out for you).  An email will go out to all database members as these opportunities become available and are filled on a first come first served basis.
