Matt Baron’s mission is to help ignite the calculator inside everyone while boosting your comfort with and confidence in numbers that pop up in daily life.

A longtime journalist whose career has included writing for Time, USA Today and the Chicago Tribune, Matt has trained journalists across the United States and his “Go Figure” column has guided thousands of journalists and other professional communicators.

While sharing his own off-the-charts math ability, Matt makes math fun, practical and accessible for everyone as he peels back the curtain on training tips he has shared with the media and other influencers.
